It started with my wife.
We’re raising three kids under four; she’s managing a busy schedule, and making sure everyone eats well. Our toddlers get fresh fruit, whole grains, and veggies, but when it comes to her own meals, there just isn’t time.
So, she did what so many busy parents do: she signed up for a meal delivery service. It seemed like the perfect solution: healthy meals, no prep. Every Monday, I’d open the fridge to find plastic-wrapped, microwavable containers stacked high. And every Sunday night, I’d haul a mountain of “recyclables” to the curb.
It wasn’t just us. Everyone in my extended family was doing the same thing. We were paying a premium for convenience, but at what cost? Processed meals that didn’t leave us feeling great, and a heap of waste with every delivery.
I couldn’t take it anymore.
What if we could create fresh, organic, ready-to-eat meals that made us feel good without the microwave and without all of the waste? Something vibrant, and packed with nutrition.
And that’s how Monday Greens was born.
Every week, we deliver fresh, nutrient-packed salads in reusable jars, ready to grab and enjoy. No plastic. No prep. Just real food.
Now, instead of a pile of waste, we get a fridge full of meals that make us feel great.
Now every Monday starts fresh.
